Number Of School Visits On The Increase

In the last number of weeks we have been very pleased to welcome a number of schools to the museum. Some of the schools are based locally, St. Joseph's National School, St. John's School, Kilbrien National school and it's great that they are taking advantage of the facilities that the museum has to offer.

Today Monday 30 we had a group of student's from the Cope Foundation, Penrose Quay, Cork.  They took time to visit during their day out in the area and promised to return in the future with other groups of their students.

As the time for school tours approaches we hope to see many more schools pay us a visit and enjoy the many items on display.

We can provide a tour to suit individual needs, some like a guided tour others like to browse at their leisure.
