An Illustrated Lecture by Julian Waltontitled "1914 Sleepwalking into War"
Historian Julian Walton is a former secondary school
teacher whose interest in this subject arose from classroom discussions on the origins of what contemporaries called
"The Great War".
He has made a special study of Europe in the years leading up to the war and in this lecture he provides his own "take" on the subject.
