Object of the Week - Erinox Cubes Tin
These cubes were made at Clover Meats in Waterford who opened a factory
at Christendom in Ferrybank in the 1920s.
They introduced Erinox Cubes in 1937. They were very popular during 'The Emergency' and were used as a
substitute for tea.
